Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
is the ability to recognize, understand, and label emotions in yourself, as well as those of others. Research has demonstrated it is an essential differentiating factor in performance success as leaders, staff, and physicians. Emotional intelligence is the differentiating skill in success. Many times smart people miss their potential because of low or underdeveloped emotional intelligence.
Our
EQ
assessment is a questionnaire to become aware of your ability to recognize, understand, and label emotions in yourself, as well as those of others. Please evaluate yourself in a way that accurately reflects your behaviors. The results will only be used to help plan your growth and development.
Upon completing of the assessment, we will be emailing you a copy of your results.
